All home buying/selling experiences are unique and come with challenges, ours was no different. We encountered many challenges selling our home and Gladys was right there to guide and help find services to correct the issues. She was professional and always kept us informed of showings and feedback. During our new home purchase, we encountered a difficult probate situation which required a lot of assistance. She was well connected to different people who helped to provide assistance and guidance. We could not have done this without her!

We were selling our home & buying a new home at the same time and she handled everything on both ends for us with such ease. We did not have any worries and both transactions went extremely smooth. Gladys is great, she loves her job, which makes her do an even better job at it. This was my first time buying a home, and she took her time to make sure I was very comfortable with the whole process. She made sure I understood all the terms of real estate and she broke them down into plain English. She made sure I always had the best deal possible, and I did not over pay. She treated it his deal as if it was for her, and you know you want the best for yourself. I would recommend Gladys 10,000 times over.

Gladys was a godsend for our little family. She started by asking us what we were looking for and she delivered and then some! She was very proactive and made us feel as if she had everything under control at all times. She was very honest and to the point as far as offers and likelihood of acceptance, which I appreciate. I have to say first and foremost that being in the military makes finding a home exponentially more difficult. That being said, choosing Gladys to help find my first home was the best and easiest decision I could have made. She was extraordinary in every respects of the word. From the very start she helped me through getting pre-approved for the loan to helping me decide what I really wanted in a home. She was quick about everything, preemptive even. It seemed as though she had the next document I needed to fill out or acquire ready at a moments notice. When it came to finding a house she was second to none! I told her the area I was looking in, a price range and an extremely brief description of what I thought I wanted and she found at least 5 different houses for me to look at the next day. From the plethora of houses she found for me, she didn’t stop until we found the perfect house down to the very last detail. All the while she was astonishingly professional! She made it so easy to communicate with her it felt like I was her sole client. She was so fast to respond and I couldn’t have made it easy on her either because I asked questions about every little detail through the whole process. However, she never backed down from a question or turned me to another source. She knew the answer and if she didn’t know off the top of her head she was completely dedicated to finding it as quickly as possible. When the time finally came and we found the house we wanted she was a like a gladiator fighting to get the price we wanted. Once we got our offer in it was almost like we entered the fast lane, and she was more than ready for it. From more paperwork stacking up and scheduling inspections, she was so organized it made the whole process calming. I could not have had a better experience when buying a house then working with Gladys! She was truly a blessing and I know that she is a blessing to anyone lucky enough to work with her!
